The Bio of Kat

Kat was born on March 28th 1971, as Katherine Marie, in Baton Rouge, La.  Primarily raised in Louisiana,  Kat lived a short time in Florida during her senior year in high school.  She moved back to La. to go to college, and has been living the last 11 and ½ years in Texas, the entire length of her nursing career.  

During her senior year in high school and college, Kat was involved in musical theater and has always enjoyed entertaining people.   She started a blog talk radio show called the Llanview Lowdown , a show about the ABC soap opera One Life to Live.  Kat had thoughts of doing a show similar to Annie and Burl Live, but chose this route because she felt it would be a lot easier to prepare for, and you can still joke and have a good time with it.  She is also a Got Blogstein? Girl, and proud of it!

Kat currently resides on the Texas-Mexican border, where she works as an RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).  She is an avid LSU Tiger fan and claims to bleed purple and gold.
